You’ve paid enough.
In time. Energy. Peace. Money. Health. Relationships. Creativity. Dreams. Parts of yourself you've made smaller, quieter or easier to accommodate.
What’s your Good Girl costing you?
This program is for women who already have some awareness of their Good Girl patterns and are ready to explore what happens when they stop automatically obeying them.
Over six weeks, you'll do that alongside a small group of women, with structure, guided exercises, honest conversation and weekly Micro-Rebellions that take what we're exploring out of the Zoom room and into your actual life.
No gold stars. No perfect attendance prizes. No expectation that you'll emerge six weeks later as a completely transformed human.
That would be very Good Girl of us.
Who is this for?
Feel The Shift
You'll know which Good Girl shows up, why she shows up and what she's trying to protect. You'll recognise the rules you're automatically following and the cost of continuing to follow them. You'll get clearer on what you genuinely value, what you want to choose instead, and the relationships and environments that make those choices easier to sustain.
Most importantly, you'll start creating a little more space between the script and your response. A moment in which you can ask:
Is this actually what I want?
The shift is from automatically performing the woman you learned you should be toward consciously choosing how you want to live, relate and show up.
The goal isn’t to become less kind, capable, generous, caring or ambitious. The goal is to know when those qualities are freely chosen and genuinely yours, rather than demanded by an old script.
The 6 Week
Pilot Program
This is a live, facilitated experience every Tuesday evening at 7pm. Our sessions combine the same rhythm, so the structure itself becomes a safe container. Arrive and ground, check-in with yourself and others, learn, explore, integrate, and rebel.
-
Meet the full Good Girl lineup (yep, there can be more than one). Discover who shows up first, who you save for home vs. the world, and how your archetypes work together or clash with each other.
-
Trace how your Good Girl scripts were built: what you were told, what you observed, what got rewarded. Map the architecture across family, school, relationships, work, culture and identity. Micro-Rebellion: Catch the Rule.
-
Face the real, current cost of maintaining these patterns across peace, energy, time, money, health, relationships, dreams and sense of self. This is where the Good Girl Tax gets itemised. Micro-Rebellion: Stop Paying One Tiny Tax.
-
The shift from insight to deliberate action. Explore your Good Girl Contract: what you agreed to, what you received, what clauses need renegotiating. Change here is about shedding. Micro-Rebellion: Renegotiate One Clause.
-
Move from release into intentional design. Separate values you've actually chosen from ones you absorbed, or from fear wearing a values costume. Design the environments (physical, digital, time, social) that make the life you want easier to sustain. Micro-Rebellion: Design for Her.
-
Audit the relationships in which you can be known rather than simply liked, identify the support your changes need and build scaffolding that helps you keep practicing beyond our 6 weeks together. You'll leave with your own Good Girl Goodbye Plan.
You Already Know How To Be Good
You know how to work harder. Be useful. Get it right. Keep everyone happy. Push through. Hold it together. We were taught that when we were young.
You don't need six weeks to get better at any of that.
This is an invitation to notice the rules you've been following, understand what they've cost you, and start experimenting with something different.
Not because everything about the Good Girl needs to disappear.
Not because there's another, better woman you're supposed to become.
But because you get to decide what stays and what you're finally ready to say goodbye to.
