Early Departure
My journey has been anything but linear. In 2014, I stepped away from corporate life and began building my own model of work. I started consulting on the side, tested what was possible, and made the full transition soon after.
A few years earlier, I had spent time studying and working in Miami, Florida. Being immersed in another culture at a formative stage exposed me to a different way of thinking about creativity and ambition. It expanded my sense of what was possible.
I built a portfolio career across consulting, online programs, digital products and coaching at the intersection of business, wellbeing and positive psychology. Over the past decade, I’ve worked as a marketing and branding strategist across Australia, the USA, Canada, Singapore and Europe — partnering with some of the world’s leaders in female leadership, wellbeing science and positive psychology.
Community Minded
In 2017, alongside Maeva and Anna, I co-founded lady-brains — a community for female founders, creatives and freelancers, who were building beyond the traditional 9-5 model. We realised climbing the corporate ladder was no longer the prosperous beacon of accomplishment, security and prestige we had been sold by our parents so we went about reshaping that.
lady-brains began as intimate dinners and grew into sold-out events, a national community and an award-winning podcast where we interviewed some of Australia’s leading founders. We also ran The Brains Trust, a mentorship program supporting early-stage women to build standout brands with solid foundations.
The Book
I wrote my debut book Good Girl, Goodbye, exploring the conditioning women inherit and the cost of performing within it. High-achieving women are often navigating internalised expectations: be agreeable, be selfless, don’t be too much.
The book unpacks the systems that shape that identity and offers a framework for disentangling from it. This work now underpins much of what I do — helping women find their voice, claim authority and design lives that reflect who they are, rather than who they were told to be.
The Work
Today, I continue to consult on brand, content and strategy while coaching women across life, business and leadership.
I’ve lived in three cities and two countries. I’ve reinvented myself multiple times. Each chapter has sharpened the way I see business, power and identity.
Now I integrate my background in marketing, media & communication, positive psychology and lived experience into everything I do.
If you’re looking to live a richer, more meaningful life — this is the work I am here for.
