I write about work, identity, power, wellbeing, and the scripts many women are taught to live by. My writing live on Substack in Good Juju, where I explore what it means to build and lead a good life. My first book, Good Girl, Goodbye, is due out March ‘26 (Wiley) which examines the cultural conditioning that shapes women’s lives and the small, everyday rebellions that help us create a more equitable world.
